There are people who enter your life with flash.
Then there are those who enter with quiet presence and change your trajectory completely.
Joining MentrX Mastermind Cohort 1 was a leap of faith. I didn’t know what I was walking into just that it felt like something I couldn’t walk away from. And I was right.
We are 16 women, bold enough to dream out loud, humble enough to learn, and hungry enough to build something real. This cohort was more than a program. It is a sacred circle of builders, nurtured by structure, soul, and systems thinking.
And quietly guiding us behind the scenes… was a man I now deeply revere and respect.
The Day I Met Reagan Kawuma
We’d only just connected on LinkedIn, an upsent minded scrollstance post, a click, a masterclass sign up. That was it.
Until the day I landed in Uganda.
I reached out. He responded.
We met at Arena Mall, yes over coffee, plus a surprise coffee stash gift, and everything that followed, including a spontaneous invitation to the American Center - felt divinely orchestrated.
I won’t share more… not yet. His full story is one that deserves to be told fully, carefully, and respectfully and that’s exactly what we’re doing at TENEX.
