Leadership In Faith Is Javis Mugagga Lubwama's Mission, Vision And Passion. His Legacy Will Empower Generations

Javis Mugagga Lubwama has dedicated his life to nurturing emerging leaders and entrepreneurs across Uganda.
As the driving force behind LayLife, he focuses on a powerful triad of Evangelism, Education, and Entrepreneurship to create lasting community transformation. Coming from a remarkably large family, with 35 siblings, Mr. Lubwama's early loss of his father at age 13 became a pivotal moment that shaped his understanding of resilience and the critical importance of mentorship.

His professional journey includes over a decade with Cornerstone, where he served as communications coordinator and later as regional Discipleship coordinator, focusing on character development and spiritual formation across regional schools.
This experience, coupled with his education in communications and leadership from Haggai Institute in Hawaii, has equipped him with a unique approach to developing transformational leaders.

Today, alongside his wife Gladys, Mr. Javis has committed fully to growing LayLife, an organization inspired by a 2011 mission trip led by Richard Kunnert, Fr. David Beauvais, and Owen Phelps. Their vision has expanded beyond its original scope, drawing others into their mission of creating platforms where leaders can thrive while addressing pressing community challenges.
"The journey of growing and sustaining a DREAM is never easy," Mr. Javis Lubwama reflects, "but it is the problem solving and overcoming challenges that make it exhilarating and purposeful."
